Vigilance Awareness Week

Vigilance awareness week is being observed from 28-10-2019 to 02-11-2019.

 Vigilance Awareness Week celebration started on 28th October 2019.  On this occasion a function was organized . After Lighting the lamp in a traditional way employees took Integrity Pledge. Shri B.B. Singh, CMD administered the pledge.

CVO – discussed on Integrity Club and outreach activities, request every employee to participate in in-house activities.

 The  Chief guest DR T V Muralivallabhan unveiled the  Vigilance Magazine. 

Director (Finance) addressed the audience with some examples of Integrity.

Shri B.B. Singh, CMD expressed the high standard of transparancy of activities of  MSTC. He also advised  employees to maintain high standard.

Chief Guest DR T V Muralivallabhan (Independent Director) made a detailed lecture on theme of the vigilance week -  Integrity – a way of life.

All the distinguished guests and all employees of MSTC participated in the half Kilometer Walkathon from the office premise towards awareness programme.

INTEGRITY PACT MEETING

The Independent External Monitors (IEMs) of MSTC  Shri Girish Chandra Chaturvedi, IAS ( Retd.) and Shri V. P. Haran (IFS Retd.) attended the quarterly review meeting on 21-10-2019 at MSTC, Kolkata for review the information on tenders awarded during the previous quarter.

At the outset both the IEMs and participants were welcomed by Smt. Bhanu Kumar, Director (Commercial) Shri Suresh Madhavan, CVO, MSTC was also present.

A presentation on MSTC’s business models and new initiatives was made in the meeting. The IEMs shared their views on the same during the interactive session with the MSTC officials. During the course of discussion, the salient features and benefits of adopting Integrity Pact were also explained to the participants and their doubts were cleared by the IEMs.

IEMs advised HoDs and senior executives of MSTC present in the meeting to be more proactive and innovative in order to retain & increase its market share in view of the stiff competition from Government as well as private players. Both Shri Girish Chandra Chaturvedi and Shri V. P. Haran appreciated the diversified e-commerce business activities of MSTC.

150 वीं गांधी जयंती के शुभ अवसर पर कार्यक्रम

02.10.2019 को महात्मा गांधी की 150 वीं जयंती के शुभ अवसर पर अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक एवं निदेशक (वित्त) ने महात्मा गांधी को श्रद्धांजलि दी। उसके बाद अन्य कार्मिकों ने एक एक कर महात्मा गांधी को श्रद्धांजलि दी।

इस दिन एमएसटीसी के प्रधान कार्यालय के साथ साथ शाखा कार्यालय में भी स्वच्छता को विशेष महत्व दिया गया है।

महात्माह गांधी के 150वीं जयं‍ती के अवसर पर ‘स्व्च्छकता ही सेवा’ पखवाड़ा

महात्‍मा गांधी के 150वीं जयं‍ती के अवसर पर भारत सरकार की पहल पर सारे देश में 16 सितम्‍बर 2019 से 02 अक्‍तूबर 2019 तक स्‍वच्‍छता पखवाड़ा मनाया जा रहा है। इसी कड़ी में एमएसटीसी में भी स्‍वच्‍छता पखवाड़ा का आयोजन किया गया। इस आयोजन के तहत इस वर्ष एकल प्‍लास्टिक उपयोग वर्जन पर विशेष जोर दिया गया। इसी कड़ी में एमएसटीसी के अध्‍यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक के नेतृत्‍व में निदेशक(वाणिज्यिक), निदेशक(वित्‍त), मुख्‍य सतर्कता अधिकारी तथा अन्य कार्मिकों ने 01 अक्‍तूबर 2019 को स्‍वच्‍छता अभियान के तहत कार्यालय परिसर की सफाई का अभियान चलाया। कार्यालय के सभी तल पर दो कूड़ेदान रखे गए। प्लास्टिक कूड़े फेंकने के लिए अलग कूड़ेदान रखा गया है। प्लास्टिक कूड़े को अलग से प्लास्टिक मार्क कर निपटाया जा रहा है। 

एकल उपयोग प्लास्टिक के वर्जन का प्रचार करने के लिए अध्‍यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक, निदेशक(वाणिज्यिक), निदेशक(वित्‍त), मुख्‍य सतर्कता अधिकारी तथा अन्य कार्मिकों ने ‘एक बार उपयोग होने वाले प्लास्टिक को ना कहें’ के स्टीकर लेकर कार्यालय के परिसर से रास्ता तक चला।

एमएसटीसी के वेबसाइट पर “एक बार उपयोग होने वाले प्लास्टिक को ना कहें’ का लोगो अपलोड किया गया है।

एमएसटीसी के सभी कार्यालयों के सम्मुख दीवार पर “एक बार उपयोग होने वाले प्लास्टिक को ना कहें’ का लोगो लगाया गया है।
